The story
One agency relationship, accessibility on every job
Executive Events produces conferences for its own clients. SyncWords rides along as the captioning and translation layer, event after event.
The challenge
As an event producer, Executive Events is accountable for accessibility across its clients' events, including productions as large as the CHI conference with 20 parallel stages, without adding on-site staff to each room.
The solution
Each stage streams to SyncWords over RTMP. Captions are generated live and delivered through QR codes placed in the rooms: attendees scan and read on their own devices. For the World Tomato Conference, the same setup added real-time Spanish subtitles and live audio translation.
The result
A multi-year relationship in which accessibility, and increasingly language access, ships as part of the production package. CHI ran with captions across all 20 stages over five days.
