Why SyncWords

New markets without a new production

Opening a market normally means a host who speaks the language and a second show on a second schedule. SyncWords makes the show you already run playable in the buyer's language while it is happening , testing a market becomes a language on an invoice, not a hire.

AI dubbing

Your host's voice, in their language

Vocalics dubs presenter-led live content in real time. Custom dictionaries and glossaries lock your terminology, LLM prompts set the translation style, and voice transfer keeps your host's own vocal character where it is available.

Add dubs to your next stream

Your host's delivery, kept

The dub keeps your host's tone, pacing and emotion. No robot read.

Dictionaries & glossaries

Load SKUs, brand names and shades once, and they come through every language unchanged.

Your style, prompted

An LLM prompt steers each translation: the register, the phrasing, what stays untranslated.

Prices and numbers land right

Sizes, discounts and prices carry across as spoken numbers, not guesses.

Music background preserved

Speech is separated from the audio, so the dub sits over your music instead of replacing it.

Dubs come with free subs

Every dubbed stream includes the captions and translated subtitles it was built from.

Translated subtitles

Most of them are watching with the sound off

People arrive mid-pitch, muted, on a phone, and decide in seconds. Subtitles win that decision before anyone reaches for the volume.

Live commerce is not a niche any more

Live shopping FAQ

Can I push a dubbed stream to TikTok LIVE?
Yes, if your TikTok account has RTMP access. TikTok gates external encoder streaming behind follower thresholds and rolls it out by region, and it issues a fresh stream key for each session that expires after a couple of hours. Where your account has it, our localized output is a standard RTMP(S) stream and goes in like any encoder feed. Where it does not, teams typically run TikTok LIVE natively and use SyncWords for the localized replay and clips, plus the live streams on their other platforms.
What about Instagram Live?
Instagram has no official third-party RTMP ingest, so we will not promise a dubbed Instagram Live feed. What works today is localizing the replay and the clips you cut from it, and using the live path on the platforms that do accept an external encoder. If your account has RTMP access through a route Instagram supports for you, the output works the same as anywhere else.
Do I need a separate shop account per market?
Usually yes, and that is a platform rule rather than ours. TikTok Shop issues a separate seller dashboard per market and generally expects a local entity and in-market fulfilment. Our model lines up with that: one localized stream per market, going to that market's account.
Can one stream carry several languages at once?
Subtitles can, on platforms and players that support multiple caption tracks. Dubbed audio cannot, because social platforms carry a single audio track per stream. So each dubbed language is its own output. That is why the fan-out above shows one row per market.
How fast is it?
Translation, subtitles and dubbing all run in real time, alongside the stream, so the localized versions land while the drop is still on. If you also want captions in the source language, those carry our lowest latency of anything on the platform.
Will it get my product names right?
Load a custom ASR dictionary with SKUs, brand names, shades, materials and the terms your hosts actually say, then use translation glossaries to control the preferred wording in each language.
Does it translate the comments or the chat?
No. SyncWords works on the audio and video of your stream. Comment translation and comment-to-buy tooling stay with your live shopping platform.
Is this voice cloning?
No. Vocalics generates a new voice performance in the target language that keeps your host's tone, pacing and emotion. The goal is that the pitch persuades the same way it does in the original, not that the voice is a copy.
What does it take to start?
A live source we can reach on RTMP(S), SRT or HLS, and a list of languages. No plugin, and no change to how your host works. Most teams are running a test stream well before their next scheduled drop.
