Captions across every stage of ViVE and HLTH
The challenge
HLTH wanted its live programming more accessible across multiple stages at both HLTH ViVE and the HLTH USA conference. With sessions running simultaneously, captioning had to scale across the event without adding complexity for the production team.
The solution
SyncWords provided live English captioning across the stages, with attendees reading captions on their own devices through QR codes. Each stage had its own dedicated caption feed, so multiple sessions were captioned at once.
